Agree shaidar. DCF remains the ‘standard’ . Investors need to factor in cost of capital at around 12% (try getting a loan for a business at less than that) and calculate the NPV going forward for 8 years and put in a dividend number for each of those years - and that’s why stock is around 40’s and not $1. It’also explains why VC deals have fallen off a cliff, due to the heavy discount of 12%. For sure, current price is well below valuation under this model, so room to play. IMHO DYOR
