It is noted that PDN has announced a resource upgrade. Does this mean DYL shareholders have to wait longer for mining of their resource? 2015 may be correct. Or even 2011. What was the expiry date on those recently issued directors options?
Have shareholders pondered the scenario wherein PDN makes an offer for DYL shares. An independent administration may be required to advise DYL shareholders on the suitablility and fainess of the offer and whether to accept or reject. Or only two of the current board (Martin Kavanagh and Tony McDonald) may be able to advise shareholders. The parties that could be perceived as not independent are:
Leon Pretorius - Ex PDN and director of Langer Heinrich Uraniumn (Pty) Ltd
Gillian Swaby - Company secretary of PDN and former board member of PDN
Mervyn Greene - Associate of company that advised and was broker to PDN's Namibian listing
Rudolf Brunovs - was audit partner on audit of PDN's financial statements in the past
All interesting issues to consider while stock price languishes.
