I could be wrong, but maybe sediment is just really bad, the CEO if he spends money on anything investors are equaling it to he is simply torching the money. Side stepping the current cash build as a positive to instead....well 1/2 of that money is going to be spent in the future so therefore discount the current cash today? I could see a snap back in the share price because that. Last time sbm reached these levels magic happened and the ingredients are there too as in some gold assets and a lot of cash, more than a lot of other companies have and it's a unique situation.
