When looking at the current position, SBM is ripe for a takeover. Classic examples back in the 80's.
Cash and assets exceed market cap. Someone buys the company, get's the cash, and sells the rest.
Based on current numbers, they would make around 50% profit.
And in the meantime SBM is still producing gold which adds to the profit.
