The biggest problem here, how the management will use that money? They don't give any clue to us what is their plan for Simberi and Atlantic. The guidance indicates those two assets will not produce much of money. They release their update for Atlantic but we know Canada has complicated bureaucracy especially when you deal with environment. The new proposed area is closed to a lake and I think SBM will receive many objections from the enviro activists.

When looking at the current position, SBM is ripe for a takeover. Classic examples back in the 80's.
