it is in Pretty good spot for take over by the likes of Northern Star , Saving of atleast $26 million of corporate cost, $400 million plus tax loss buy it for free plus cash of $247 million in bank , $300 million take over offer will be very cheap but it will be good for us shareholders. Otherwise the useless management will blow the whole capital in couple of years
