This is a very positive announcement - the reduction in cash bank would be on the acquisitions + ongoing legal costs rather than operational expenditure.
"If" the legal matters can resolve shortly we could expect a reduction in costs (expenditure) and an increase in profit margins with forecasted growth.
The market update in the webinar will be interesting.
