I do agree with you. This says about what I said in my post to tolly yesterday

I do disagree that Mal processing limits have hurt Lynas. Yes, covid shipping and water have hurt. You can say this was unexpected. Fact is good management puts slack in systems to cover unexcepted events. Here is a chart of NdPr output by Q Please point out where limits have hurt production. References would be nice. Remember the limits fully supported original name plate. Which they were at or below till recently. find 2 Qs in a row before Q3 and 4, 2022 that average above 1500 T. All data from Q reports so you can check anything that looks wrong. After 8 years of below expectation production, you should decide if this is normal. Al became CEO in 2014.

So for example, as we think about moving through from the current sort of 7,000 tonnes up to, say, the 12,000 tonnes, we could have said, well, just go to say 10,000 tonnes in the first instance. But it -- project planning, design and efficiency said best to go to the 12,000 tonnes.

This is a classic example of what is wrong with Lynas Project Management. When you put out numbers you always go for most time and cost that is reasonable. Promis as little as possible. As thing progress you can post positive updates but something always goes wrong and you need wiggle room.

Look at NEXT. Right after commissioning in QCCs Al told us they reach next rates for a month, and it will be just a Q or two to full next production. 5 years later they finally reach it in two Qs unfortunately there was a Q in-between with a 1000 KT. Yes there were problems, but there were many good Qs like Q3 & Q4 2022 where they should have been able to make it easily. I am waiting to see if they are above 1800T in Q1. JMO they will not be. The excuse will be they had to shut stuff down to be ready for KAL Carbonate. This should have been done months ago.
