Honestly, I am surprised that their level of distribution is so high.
But, we also have to recognize that it is the second consecutive year that their dividend is higher than their EPS.
If we look at the past 5 years, they have increased their dividend regularly (except in FY 21, but only due to the large number of stores which were closed).
