Ann: FY23 Guidance Update, page-30

I have listened back to the 2023 FY results and 2023 AGM, all sounds very positive with highlighted EBIT(A) growth of roughly 12% plus div payout increasing to 20-35%. However payout of 30-35% and an EPS of 3.5c does not give much high returns then the risk free rate of return at a high interest savings account atm. Hopefully the remainder of my 14.5c order gets hit, but growth story looks good with reducing gearing and increasing EPS.

unloved sector but company has hit targets and goals over last 5 years so can’t complain, just need to wait for tide to turn here
