Yes it has been unfortunate that the federal court appointed a contradictory and everything was delayed. I think that the company will report a reasonable FY23 result and there will be a significant windfall due to the abnormals of class actions finally coming in. 74 cents a share is too cheap and history in August 2023 will judge that accordingly. Still cash is king and growth isn't everything. I think that there could be a buy back of 5% of the capital base instigated at these prices once the first cash is received. I think that is preferable and offers a better return to shareholders to investing in more WIP.
