At least we have not been screwed over by our Board of Directors (so far), unlike those poor shareholders at Slater and Gordon. Fancy selling out the minorities for less than the trading value. So much for the AFR suggesting they would get $1 per share when they are only getting 55 cents.

What Shine needs to do is collect some long awaited CA settlement cash in FY23 which is a certainty in the next three months and immediately commence a buy back before the next results only ig the share price is still terribly low, and once the share price is restored, offer a subsequent share placement at a higher price than the cost of buy back to maintain registry liquidity and boost the balance sheet.

While I appreciate our owners have personal skin in the game, ultimately there needs to be a reduction in the ownership of the company by Morrison and Roche if there is going to be institutional interest or broader retail interest. The share price has to recover first and a buyback and release of the FY23 results should put Shine in a far better position to pursue the broadening of ownership by a sale of shares by the founders or alternatively a placement of equity at a decent price beneficial to all current shareholders.

Im holding at the moment, but the stock will recover in the next 7 months so Im not selling.
