Interest rates will have to come down to allow first homeowners to buy properties. Big super funds are about to invest in Build to Rent units to fill in big demand for rental properties.
Money from overseas (one million students and migrants) are going to buy up properties.
More rezoning of properties to allow medium density housing. Expect government to put money to support building of new dwellings.
