Holy crap! What a blood bath. So many red flags in here.
Not even the biggest red flag but to write off 250k for the useful life of the Website that is a very light coat of paint over a $70, off the shelf WordPress theme!!!
I will put it here so that i can refer back to it as an "I told you so" in the future but I see ASIC taking an interest in the management of this business not long from now.
I was a big supporter of the idea of a national family law roll up, such a shame how this one turned out.
