It only jumped because there was no “new” bad news beyond the kitchen sinking they did with guidance a couple of weeks ago.
I do however agree with you re ASIC. Some materially relevant information concealed from shareholders by management. Awful management and disappointing to see some of the key architects of the debacle still employed, even as contractors. Can only hope ASIC is already poking around.
