Here is a discussion point for those that think strategically. Is WEB a take over target. Those with long memories will recall the very strong take over rumours just before Covid. with the worst now behind us and WEB being a larger, stronger business is it not still an appealing buy for those parties that were interested pre covid. I note Booking.com is trying to buy Etravel for around $1.8B euro. IF the EU wont let Booking expand in Europe due to market dominance concerns and they have a big bucket of cash available they may have to look further, maybe our little old WEBJET.....Just a thought.
