Great that sales are no longer going backwards, FY23 should be the bottom
I'm a little worried about the drop in returning customer orders in the second half though - it was 57% in the first half, and dropped to 50% in the second half. Management have been saying in the past that this metric should be going up
Probably one of the reasons they are trying their luck with above the line advertising, to get people coming back
