market has zero confidence in this one now...going to take a fair bit to get the SP moving upward again.
Assume they have paid circa 5-6 times EBITDA for Secon, borrowed $30m so now funding interest on that now which goes close to taking 35%+ off the bottom line of that business.
Plenty of gaps to plug in this one i think
