FY 27 seems eons away but GNC has to decide on a WA location, perhaps purchase land, obtain planning approvals that one would hope aren't stymied by some radical Marxist environmental or Aboriginal group, or the local government authority having insufficient staff to process, appoint engineers/ perhaps an architect plus contractors, hope that latter has sufficient manpower, design and construct the facility and test before it officially opens.
Even across in WA, much can be delayed or go wrong, not that I'm trying to be 'Mr Pessimism'.
We can't be definitive yet about the east coast 2024 winter crops but we are due for a drought in my humble view.
