this is a capital light business, little depreciation. As a shareholder I'm happy to receive maximum amount of dividend that is surplus to requirements. I'm disappointed with the slow down in business and the codb remain high just like many other businesses. As long the business didn't fold and there is opportunity to turn it around. like i said before, it is a niche business. people is their asset. it is not a business that you can replace with machine. not yet at least.
