Macquarie already stated no issue with ipo prospective...
i do not think nuix will settle any class action... its pwc fault ....
nuix have around $30m in cash but with legal fee and acquisitions...
maybe only $18m in cash.... lawyer are expensive....
if they cant beat you... they waste your time and money...
we need to get money back from ex ceo...
