My question here is there was a cap raise for 63m to "support accelerated expansion, build inventory to expand the Company’s presence in the USA, and consequently enabling the Company to triple thecapacity of its processing and canning facility."

Their cash position is now 64m. At a glance, the story doesnt seem to add up....

Management need some hard questions asked. At the very least, they should stop receiving all bonuses until they can get this one cashflow positive. There is a lot to look forward too, if they can pull it all off then all is well and good, but their starting to smell like scamsters. Next quarterly's progress or lack of is going to be interesting.
