management is not the problem they are the smart ones, making lots of money in salary and bonuses and smart enough to keep promising just enough to keep us on the hook plenty of stocks to choose from both locally and internationally as investors and/or traders we should know, have a stop loss, protect capital don't buy stocks that are trending down never average down well you know ....
