    It's a payment to "acquire a business", not an operational cash flow, but an investment activity.

    Reading the 4C I believe ( ie it's my interpretation ) this relates to the JV with Zhitong (Hangzhou) Health Technology Co.,Ltd, Zhikang (Hangzhou) Health Technology Co., Ltd and Heilongjiang Anjia Dairy Co., Ltd.

    The Chinese Dairy company's don't give up their SAMR slots for nothing...

    I hope it's not a sales commission payment. That's one hell of a sales commission %.
