$3M for the project probs, plus theyre doing about $2.5M a quarter. Need $1.5M in case for the loan. So got $3M to play with if they dont get finished on time or something occurs.

As someone else said, theyve already been pre-paid a bunch of gas though, so the question in my mind is still when cash flow actually starts. I cant remember the details, but I hope that they do get some cash flow from first gas to market to help.

But yeah, everything going to plan, $3M is a handy enough buffer to see things through to $. Dont get me wrong, I completely see this as a buy at these prices. $30M pa profits on a $55M MC is crazy value.

But just trying to recognise the risks is all.
