I have been trying to figure out where/how to determine the amount paid to AGL versus the cash VEN actually receive post the delivery to AGL. Unsure if it’s is on a % of cash receipt basis or a minimum delivery of xyz amount per quarter or month… either way no wonder the joint venture is rushing for Odin to come on to provide some actual cash flow into their accounts.. not a lot of scope in the debt facility if there are further delays or complications
