    Hi Pro,

Good to see someone digging into the accounts.
I initially got excited at the estimated value of GC21, as I thought this could be based on a sale price, i.e., an offer on the table.
I would love this to be the case.
Unfortunately, I suspect that they used the accepted methodology to value the asset, rather than any offer price on the table.
This is sensible in case a sale doesn't eventuate.
Buyers would expect a significant discount to this book GC21 price.
Buyers are likely to pay (much) more than book for SM71 and Lightning.
    The rest are not significant.

Whilst POO is higher today, futures are closer to the assumptions.

In a nutshell, GC21 will be sold below book value, and SM71, Lightning will be sold well above book value.

Based on Mike Utsler's termination benefit, Steve Herod's (and MU's) liquidity bonus, and the original (Molton imposed) liquidity event bonus hurdle
I estimate that the sale price/return to shareholders is likely to be in the range
    $0.022 to $0.027
This is also consistent with my estimates based on reserves.

Anyway, I expect that we will get to vote on a sale at the AGM in November with deals being signed shortly thereafter.
Notice of meeting should be mid-October, and may include sale resolutions.
Although AGM Sales resolutions may come between AGN announcement and the AGM.
We may get cash by Xmas or early in the New Year.

This is my best guess, and I hasten to add that I have been wrong many times in the past.
