Maybe they just needed the cash. It's hard to know why when a single holder sells a lot. There are many reasons that could be why. Divorce settlement, Tax Bill, Home Extension, New Lambo or inside knowledge of impending disaster.
On the other hand when a single entity buys a lot well that's usually means good news is coming and a positive re rate is imminent.
I'm holding and hoping.
