- revenue in all markets going down, 15% decline y/y for H2 FY23
- gross margin down,
- conversion rate down
- new customers down 31%
- Website visits down 10%
- US $1.3m on marketing for $1.9m in sales yikes
- CAC up 11%
- Inventory 2*target levels been elevated for a while now, inventory write off of 5%
- At least they paid only $190k for 'bookkeeping' services to the CEO's retiree father from $300k last year
Hopefully they can sustain dividends long enough to repay current value
