The escrow shares relate to the founders (Greg Taylor) holding's post IPO, and he has been a net buyer since listing. I very much doubt he is a seller at these prices, he wants to create a global empire.
As for dilution - there is no dilution, shares on issue does not change, the shares held in escrow can now be traded.
