They had a serious problem with fish dying which almost killed the companies share price. The company took a few years to work out what went wrong, and in the meantime costs stayed high and sales went to almost zero. Eventually they blamed the makeup of the fish feed and started turning things around. They sued the fish food provider and I think settled out of court a few years ago.
