If I was to have a guess at what is happening with the stock price is that the seller and buyer are the same party, pushing the share price lower to scare out some retail holders.
other medical stocks have far higher market caps with less earnings. Just look at ACL who only made $10 mil last half year and have a cap of 600 million
healthier posted 18 mil in earnings on similar market cap and shot up 78% today (admittedly on a takeover by private equity).
you don't find many defensive medical stocks returning over 10% and reporting very strong earnings growth outlook at this price.
