Check out what PGC Chairman Shane Tanner is doing over at Vitura (VIT). Trying to orchestrate a Board coup at VIT, the thing is falling apart after one of his co conspirators jumped ship yesterday after just 48 hours.
He got punted from VIT about 18 months ago for questionable behaviour (sorry, "to pursue private investments" LOL), and has clearly got beef with VIT and a very bruised ego. Seems like he can't help himself.
For all the readers of Yoni Bashan's Margin Call Column in The Australia. Chairman Shane Tanner and the rest of his crew have been totally roasted this week for their abortive attempt to take over VIT. Get the popcorn. Makes for very concerning reading.
As a PGC holder this kind of behaviour is pretty shocking and maybe gives some insight to why an industry legend like Mark Hooper bailed on us leaving Paragon and why the company's SP is so low under Chairman Shane Tanner's leadership.
