I've done some quick maths on the stated interest rate for next year (6.44% on the $72m facility, 5.99% on $25.7m facility and 6.4% on the $27.5m facility and get interest costs of $8.0m for FY24. This compares to $7.7m in FY23 and $2.1m in FY22 (when debt was lower and rate was only 3.2%)
Doesnt give me cause for any major concern, even if we get another 0.25% or so raise from the RBA
