I do like the cut of Simons jib, his trust and development process for the businesses management team and his passion. The misstep was poor form and uncalled for though.
i would now like to see some stabilisation in the margins for each market segment - the growth in revenue is great but now it’s up to Simon to extract the much promised synergies, cross function sales growth and duplication cost extraction. 12 months should certainly be enough time to have the FY22 acquisitions delivering.
i do like the continued customer diversification to help reduce key client risk.
