Further need to keep in mind the ASX listing rule 5% around acquisitions Chapter 10
"As for minor acquisitions, the ASX Listing Rules do not provide a specific definition. Any acquisition that does not meet the threshold for a substantial asset (i.e., less than 5% of the equity interests of the entity) could be considered a minor acquisition."
In other words from my understanding these small acquisitions did not require an individual notification, however DGL did notify in the report.
Further need to keep in mind the ASX listing rule 5% around...
