IMO the CRITICAL issue with the incumbent board is that there is a commercial arrangement in place between MFD and Genius. That arrangement was approved by shareholders PRIOR to the falling out between the former board and Genius, with the latter now controlling the board of MFD! That is a clear conflict of interest, and is totally unacceptable going forward whilst Genius controls the Company’s future.
Therefore I will not vote for the current board regardless of any other negative that the new party might bring about. UNLESS that Genius arrangement is cancelled, at which time I will consider the alternatives available more closely.
