I guess we will all now wait patiently until Mid September until the next bids coming in. If there is 4 bidders in the process, hopefully their indicative terms get leaked to the media, plus also the company making the bid.
Given the top 3 shareholders hold ~45% of PAC, it will be have to a compelling bid to win them over.
If GQG offer script bid, what is people thoughts on that, does have upside on rolling over CGT but comes with equity risk? Or would you prefer the cash option?
