As you can imagine, PAC a bit cautious in revealing too much info. Also mentioned UBS, which we new anyway are providing strategic advice on the sale process.
Another point of the fair value adjustment to $11.92. They said most of the boutiques they have sold over the years has been a premium to book value. I guess it is important to highlight this so we are either getting a bid of at least $12 a share or higher
