I guess if you have some additional information that suggests the huge East Coast gas shortfalls will be balanced out or shift to gas surpluses, that would be very relevant to COE. As far as I can see the main impact will be an immaterial reduction in future demand from the ban on gas use in new construction. Barely a rounding error in terms of total gas use.
Perhaps COE could counter this by switching to cheaper biscuits in the office kitchen?
