What is very clear is that they failed miserably on “growth phase” ramped up on sales staff and pretty much had minimal TAM penetration.. poorly managed by execs on massive salaries. They default to cross sell to existing customers… then try to sell a cashflow positive spin … yet no where near a net profit position… very very ordinary
