Exiting is very difficult.
I had a very large position (large for me) and sold 50% of my position back when it was last at $3 ($2.98 to be pedantic). Haven't had an opportunity since to sell because I felt it was too cheap relative to NTA to let them go.
Now that it's down at $2.32 I would be a buyer if I wasn't already a holder. Solid reliable share with good returns but I share your concerns over their interest bill in future years. Management have shown a willingness to divest assets to help lower the debt level so hopefully they can maintain their distributions.
