lol distributions in 2025 and beyond are going to DECREASE from historical levels not increase.
One must factor in decreases in future dividends when deciding to invest. Do not look at the rear view mirror.
How is DXI going to refinance its debt at 3.5% going forward????
For FY24 they still have 68% hedging of interest rates, but as these interest rate hedges expire, their debt will go to current market interest rates. And current interest rates are much higher than 3.5% (think of it like a residential housing loan, one managed to fix at 2 or 3% during corona virus, but the fixed rate has finished and now have to pay 6%).
This is the ticking bomb coming!!!
In my opinion, and I can't stress it enough, do not buy on the basis of hoping dividends increase in the next few years.
