lol wait until FY25 when the RBA rates are much lower hence the risk free rate of return is much lower.
That 8.5c dividend will look pretty good in FY25.
Remember also that ABG collects income not just from its properties but by also acting as a property manager including for ASK.
No way I am selling my shares cheaply. I acquired well, and will hold for the dividends until share price is much higher.
NTA is around $2.10 from memory, although this will come back.
