I remember watching Michelmore on several TV interviews and being really irritated by his excessive hand gestures as he talked up the newly formed OZL.
You know, cupping the air all the time in wild gestures.
Looking back, it probably meant that either that he didn't really believe what he was saying (but desperately wanted us to believe it), or he didn't have a clue (but the pay was very good). I suspect the latter.

So I guess I have to take dose of tough titties, because the signs were there at an early stage!
