they can easily manage to pay the increased dividend, no doubt. They have reached the scale of 300+ based mangement fee and it tends to stay without substantial events. but yes i agree the outlook of the whole sector is not looking good, with the increased cost and reduced transactions, and the gearing level is not providing enough room for major acquisitions.
