I’m not a holder. I’m interested in entering. Will continue to watch. I am a bit wary after hearing SRV CEO (a lease taker) seem to say at his presentation that he feels commercial rentals in Australia will be soft for the next 5 years. He was putting forward a view that there’s no rush to lock in cheaper leases quickly now as they’ll likely be around for a while, and may be even cheaper later on. I’m thinking this isn’t s good scenario for Charter Hall…or am I misunderstanding the nature of their business?
