Just remember ECF is primarily Office REIT with a short WHALE
Looking, but not ready to strike, especially with the low discount to NTA against other office REITS.
A higher CAP rate is prima facie good, but a short WHALE is not (vacancy!!)
Never the less, an intelligent input of hotcopper comminatory. Thanks everyone.
