They probably should. I mean who would pay COL and WOW for their overpriced products. The self serve machines are faulty and do not even let the shoppers pay.

Wrecker Weckert has wrecked COL IMHO. It will take a humanized approach and someone who knows how to lead staff and to staff up the business and get rid of the faulty self serve machine.
Get rid of the CCTV that security do no follow up on, and staff the stores correctly.
