given there appears to be no intent to address the falling shareprice and stagnant financial performance in any way, I suggest considering voting against the various items at the upcoming AGM - paperwork being received now in the mail/electronically by most shareholders

The current shareprice is an absolute steal on basically all metrics but that is only any good if the shareprice eventually returns to $1+ which is going to need some marketing by management to get more investors interested
